Information You Send
A name, location, or other query typed into a search widget is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Elmore County Busted Mugshots does not keep or log those query terms on its own systems as part of the reference pages. The provider may handle the query under its own terms and privacy notice.
If someone sends an email or message through a contact channel, the message and the contact details supplied with it may be retained long enough to answer, administer the exchange, or keep a necessary business record. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is needed by law or to handle the request.

Security Is Limited
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used for information handled by the service. No internet-connected system is completely secure, however. The service cannot promise that data will never be lost, intercepted, misused, or accessed without authorization.
Visitors Under 18
The pages are intended for adults and are not directed to children. The service does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent personal information, a parent or guardian may use the Contact Us route to ask that it be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
