What the Service Is

This is a private reference service. It stores no official jail, booking, court, or corrections records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a document. It organizes links and explanations for the Elmore County Sheriff's Office, Elmore County Jail, Mountain Home Police, Glenns Ferry records, Idaho courts, IDOC, and other public or private resources.

Outside search tools may be available through a widget. Those tools are operated by separate providers and may have their own prices, terms, results, and data practices.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use the pages only in a lawful and respectful way. You agree not to:

• violate a law, court order, or another person's rights;
• stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or endanger another person;
• use automated tools to overload, scrape, copy, or probe the service without authorization;
• attempt to bypass security or gain access to accounts, systems, or data that are not yours;
• interrupt the service or interfere with another visitor's use; or
• submit malicious code, deceptive material, or information intended to mislead.

FCRA Restrictions

Elmore County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare consumer reports, credit reports, or background-check products, and neither the service nor its advertising partners supplies screening services. Information on these pages may not be used for any purpose regulated by the FCRA.

• Do not use it to make hiring, promotion, firing, or other employment decisions.
• Do not use it for tenant, housing, or rental decisions.
• Do not use it to assess creditworthiness, lending, insurance, or premiums.
• Do not use it for licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.
• Do not use it for any other purpose covered by FCRA rules.

Outside Links and Providers

Links may lead to the county jail, sheriff, police, courts, IDOC, federal locators, news organizations, records forms, or private search providers. Elmore County Busted Mugshots does not control their content, accuracy, privacy practices, prices, availability, security, or uptime. A link is not an endorsement. Review the destination's terms before submitting information or paying a fee.

Information Is Provided As Is

All material and tools are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that the pages or any linked result will be:

• accurate, complete, current, or free of error;
• available without interruption;
• free of bugs, harmful code, or security weaknesses; or
• complete in the records or results returned by a partner.

Custody information, public records, agency contacts, and outside pages can change without notice. Nothing on these pages is an official statement from a sheriff, jail, court, police department, corrections agency, or other government office.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elmore County Busted Mugshots and the people or providers associated with it are not liable for damages, losses, costs, or claims arising from access to, reliance on, or inability to use the pages, tools, links, or information.

Your Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Elmore County Busted Mugshots and its owners, contractors, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Ownership and Permission

The text, organization, graphics, logos, and code used by Elmore County Busted Mugshots belong to the service or its content partners unless another owner is identified. Do not copy, republish, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative material from them without written permission, except where applicable law permits the use.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. A revised version becomes effective when posted, unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use after a revision means the updated terms are accepted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without applying a rule that would require another jurisdiction's law. Any dispute must be filed in a court located within Idaho, subject to applicable jurisdiction and venue rules.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds a provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.
